The Site provides a service where it matches requests from potential clients (you) with providers within our network information you provide to us in a matching request will be sent to matching providers within the Referral Service network, which may include those participating in third party networks. DPHC is not involved in the actual transaction between customers and providers and does not promote or recommend any particular provider. Consequently, DPHC cannot guarantee that a transaction will occur or if it does occur that it will satisfy the needs of either user or provider. All fees associated with the Referral Service are paid by the network providers. By participating in the Referral Service, you also agree to be bound by the Terms of Use specified by Pipeline Success and A Place for Mom which supply matching referral network providers.

Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this Site.
